As a new employee at technotrans, you will be taken through a sophisticated programme. This contains individual introductory plans and a broad range of seminars and training courses. This provides you with an optimal introduction and will kindle your enthusiasm for technotrans!

The centrepiece at the technotrans personnel development system technotrain is the training catalogue technolog, which bundles all training measures, both internal and external. As a promotional measure for knowledge management, all employees are given access to our technowiki.

In order to discover and further promote the abilities of all employees, we maintain a dialogue. Employee interviews held twice per annum permit executives and their employees to discuss their mutual expectations. This also always includes the discussion and initiation of development options, such as training courses, for example.
